Gel polish chipped after 3 days. Came in after a week of getting my nails painted with gel, to get it fixed. They do not fix it, if you get a bad batch of polish you will have to pay for another service. The owners should throw out old polish to prevé this. If it was normal polish I would understand, but spending extra for gel and having it chip after a few days is not fair. Maybe half price? I don’t know customer service is bad in my opinion.

Helen applied a full set of clear acrylics with a specialty design. She did a phenomenal job! I love my nails! Ana did my pedicure. She was also very good. This salon is very clean, and beautiful inside. The prices are great, and the staff is very friendly. Today was my first time ever coming to this salon. I came in a a walk in and was helped withing 5 minutes. Helen applied a full set of clear acrylics with a specialty design. She did a phenomenal job! I love my nails! Ana did my pedicure. She was also very good. This salon is very clean, and beautiful inside. The prices are great, and the staff is very friendly. I’ve been going here for my nails for almost 2 years now and due to health issues sometimes I can only get in once a month but I’ve never had my nails come loose in between visits. Even after a month they hold strong! And, to top it off, they do beautiful work! Well worth going to!

Critical: QualityI came in with my boyfriend Sunday morning with an appointment for 2 adore pedis that include a 10min rock massage that I did not get due to them rushing their way threw customers. Unsure if the guy who did my toes forgot or didn’t feel like he need to complete my 80$ dollar pedicure. Also, my pedicure was applied horribly and my boyfriend got deep wounds due to the equipment a nail tech used on him which affected his work bc he had deep open cuts underneath his foot. I’m an African American male and I stopped by the salon for a pedicure. The Asian male stated they were too busy and to come back tomorrow. As he let a white couple enter the salon. My son called the salon while we were in the parking lot and he scheduled a same day appointment within 2 hours. Racism is alive and well in Riverside at Adire Nail Salon

My dad wanted to come here for a pedicure, upon arrival some guy blocked the entrance and said we’re to busy come back tomorrow even though it was empty inside. so we decided to call and the lady over the phone said come at 4:30 today don’t understand why that happened!
