I purchased a wig from the owner Tren on 9/3/22 and it was supposed to take 14 to 21days to be delivered. After 21 days I began to send e-mails and text messages to inquire about the wig, and finally I heard from Tren telling me I would receive an email with a tracking number but that didn’t happened right away. At this time i sent Tren another email threatening to contact my bank to file a dispute for this order. Finally on day 35 I received an email from Tren apologizing for the delay and reassuring me that this wasn’t a scram and gave me fifty dollars off of the three hundred and sixty dollars of the cost that I paid. finally I received the wig a week later and the wig looked nothing like the picture on the website, the wig Vicki on the website had long hair on one side of the wig, the wig I received had long hair on both sides. The wig was such a rush job the hair didn’t come close to what was advertised. This was such a waste of money for me, customer who left these good reviews must be family and friends because what I received and the head ache I went through to receive such trash shows the integrity of this seller, this was my first and last time patronizing this person in any fashion of form.

Tren has great customer service and the shop is always pristine. She offers an array of services from braids, to natural hair care, to wigs and weaves. She also sells her own hair which is some of the best Virgin hair I have ever worn. I would highly recommend her services as well as her other stylists in the shop who all are unique and great at what they do. She has been my main stylist for the past 10+ years.

I have Been coming to this hair salon for years ever since it first opened and let me tell you, the ladies in THIS salon know how to treat their hair clientele!!! It’s like going over to your favorite family members house and having a very pleasant time… I literally do not want to leave once I’m there such positivity from these ladies here at the salon, and no matter the service you are always in and out. No waiting hours to get you hair done because they are over packed/booked with clients. Always a clean calm humble atmosphere, I’m blessed to have found them because it’s a one stop shop for hair services. Keep up the amazing work Ladies!!!

Not only do I receive great services here, but I have a great time as well. Everyone that works there are friendly and super funny, I’ve been to salons where you just feel out of place but I don’t feel like that here Tren is the best she picked a staff that all meshes well together. Tren carries the best virgin hair I’ve ever used ever it lasts over a year. Chaquita is a marvelous braider and she doesn’t pull your edges tight which causes damage, and her braids are very neat and they last well. Quality is worth your money and time and there’s nothing but quality hairdressers here it’s a win all around.

Knotless box braids took forever to do, but looked like a rushed job. braids weren’t braided all the way down to the bottom, which eventually caused my hair to look ratty after only 2 weeks. (braiding hair was recommended by the stylist). i ended up having to re-braid my entire head because it just looked sloppy. not worth the amount that i payed.
