Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a horrible experience with Jo Lynn this past month! I was a brand new client and so I took in a photo of what I wanted high light color wise and she said no problem. The color I received was NOTHING like the picture! I didn’t even leave the parking lot when I walked back inside and told her I wasn’t happy. She put a brown toner on to help with the white highlights she gave me instead of a honey blonde. Never mind that the foils weren’t put to my scalp or even straight, or that the section size used wasn’t consistent all over my head. After the toner, I was left with yellow streaks! She had already set another appointment for the following Saturday to help with the large chucks of yellow on my head. That evening I texted her with photos and asked if my hair could just be dyed back to my original hair color which was brown and she said yes. I let a day pass before contacting her again, with more photos and displeasement and requesting my money back. Jo Lynn was rude, unprofessional and out right blamed me for not liking my hair. She said she never gives a refund and told me my photo’s were disturbing. I told her I have to agree that what she did to my hair was disturbing. If you want a professional service done, don’t go here!!! I had a horrible experience with Jo Lynn this past month! I was a brand new client and so I took in a photo of what I wanted high light color wise and she said no problem.
