I took my daughter here to get some box braids and the service was horrible. They told me one price when I was there and when I returned to pay they told me another price!!! Unprofessional at its worst! Talked loudly all day I was the first customer in and last customer out. She stopped several times on my head to eat, bathroom breaks, talk on the phone. And the toiletry was out of order they advised you to use a bathroom that contained human species. She stopped several time to sit and just talk on the phone. This was the OWNER I had to be rude just to get my hair finished… I did make the mistake of paying when they asked me too.. this was my first time going once they were paid they no longer gave a damn. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was asked to pay prior to completion only to find the final section was done poorly and there was an inconsistency in length from one side of my head to another. When I brought attention to it I was not given the length I asked for, they were cut instead. Though the longer length was paid for. The style was done poorly and needed to be fixed, immediately. The front was intentionally done better than the back as to prevent you from noticing what was done poorly. I was asked to pay prior to completion only to find the final section was done poorly and there was an inconsistency in length from one side of my head to another. When I brought attention to it I was not given the length I asked for, they were cut instead. Though the longer length was paid for. The style was done poorly and needed to be fixed, immediately. For starters , they dont continuously do your hair. They will start on your head and then to another. Very unprofessional. They don’t let you pay at the end like any normal salon. They ask for their money in the middle of doing your hair. It’s very noisy. They are very unorganized , the prices are off the wall , and the store is awfully dirty. They are rude. I asked for box braids, showed them a picture to clarify they could do them. They were very sure they could do them. I got there at 8:37 didn’t leave till about 8 that night. Would have been done a lot sooner if they hadn’t stopped my head to work on someone else’s. Maybe they need to get more workers in there. The owner was doing someone’s head and stopped and said she needed a 20 minute nap. That is very unprofessional and I will never go there again.

The least professional experience ever. For starters they talked loudly in my ear the entire time. Not personable at all. I asked for box braids like the ones on the wall however the finished product was way too big, after voicing my complaint, they wanted to argue with me that I didn’t specify the size that I wanted my braids. After pointing out that I did when I showed them the picture then they argued that the braids were the same size, they are disastrous and it’s so disappointing. Took way too long, could’ve finished a lot sooner had it not been for all of the talking. They had no change, no card reader, it’s 2016, who doesn’t have a card reader. The job was terrible, especially for the price. The shop is not clean and very disorderly with children running around making a lot of noise. No set prices, I witnessed several people come in for the same two or three braids and the price was inconsistent. No good business practices. Lesson learned never again. This was the worst experience ever.

I went to get a vixen crochet. Called and asked if they did this and was assured they did. So I set an appointment for 1pm. Got there at 1245 and wasn’t even seen until roughly 230 (that should have been my first clue) and luckily I had nothing to do that day. Long story short, even after showing a 1min video of what I wanted and being reassured that they can and have done this before, I sat down and the lady got started. Long story short, she did not do a vixen crochet, but a regular crochet with no leaveout…and it looked HORRIBLE. Even the other girls in the salon were shaking their heads because they heard me press about what i wanted (I showed her a video!!!) and the stylist’s work was horrible. Essentially wasted 4 1/2hrs of my day but they did refund me. Needless to say I will never EVER go back or recommend them to anybody.
