This place is HEAVEN ON EARTH! Make sure you call ahead of time for your reservation. This place is so intentional and consciously curated. Loved every detail and every moment spent here. My cousins and I went to treat our wary feet after hitting the slopes for the first time. We were floating on cloud nine after our services it was an absolutely divine experience. from the Japanese hot towel service to the foot soak and massage. We melted into a state of bliss. Highly recommend. I will not pass through lake placid again without coming here. It’s a must!

Amazing!! Make an appointment ahead of time to guarantee a spot. My boyfriend and I did 60 minutes foot massages and we sat next to one another on a love seat. We were given tea and essential oils to smell. The massages were great- perfect after climbing a high peak. We will be going back in the future!

We visited Lake Placid (from Rochester, NY) specifically to visit ADK Foot Sanctuary, and we couldn’t be more pleased! Christina (the owner) and Cadence and Lily (the girls doing our massages, facials, etc.) were wonderful. Our legs and feet feel amazing, and we feel relaxed and peaceful. The atmosphere is calming and comfortable. We will absolutely be back! We’re already talking about our next visit. Thank you so much!

This was the most spectacular experience I have ever had for a pedicure. I was brought here for a birthday surprise. It was a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we set foot in the door (pun intended lol). Cadence and Lily provided us with a phenomenal experience. I have had many pedicures from many different places and the foot sanctuary goes leaps and bounds above. From the quality of products used to the explanation of what they will help with. Tea, snacks and water added to the ambiance (I believe the snacks are an extra charge). The comfy sofa was so much more enjoyable than the chairs at a normal nail salon. The cost maybe higher than simple pedicure at a nail salon but it is 1000% worth every penny as a full length leg and foot massage are provided and was much better than any I have gotten at a nail salon.

Called yesterday for an appt today. Luckily, someone had canceled their reservation, so we got in. My daughter & I had a simplicity massage, my husband had a my dogs are barking massage. It was total bliss! They did a wonderful job, & we all left smiling! Highly recommended getting a treatment done here

This place was one of the biggest highlights of our trip to Lake Placid. The ambiance from the moment you step in puts you into the right mood and all the staff were so kind. The massage itself was one of a kind – we got the Balsam Forest 60 mins and it was literally 60 minutes of pure heaven.

I have no words right now, from the start of entering the spa, I felt so relaxed. The staff was just so kind, carring, and amazing! Christina, Caience, and Lily were so sweet. The massage was something I have never experienced. I am still in complete awe of this wonderful foot, leg, head massage and the cooking facial was amazing. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! I was gifted a foot spa session this week. As soon as I walked in, I knew I had come to the right place. The energy was welcoming and very zen. Christina the owner was super lovely and I loved hearing her business story. I had the most amazing foot spa- I chose the Balsam Fir one. Kylin looked after me and ensured I was relaxed throughout the session. The Balsam Fir was a great choice specially the mud foot scrub. I felt very grounded and reset afterwards.
