Please do not waste your money by going here 🙁 visiting this place has been one of the worse mistakes of my life . It all started when I bought a Groupon with an affordable deal. Right ? You would think yay I’m happy. Well no, I was welcomed by someone at the front who didn’t really seem to be happy to be there, since day one I noticed her tone or sense of entitlement (Gabriela) by just the way she spoke to me.. then I started noticing that she wanted to schedule me only when she had enough customers to have her technicians come in to work , she actually has repeatedly told me many times that they can only see one day if enough clients are scheduled otherwise she won’t make her people come in for just me lol (what)???? Regardless I kept re scheduling and re scheduling and dealing with it because of the deal I had scored w Groupon. There was a price to pay!!! Anyways today she called me and said my appt is cancelled again n gave me several other days wayyyy passed my monthly visits, some 2 months apart. Which is useless for me because I wouldn’t be following the normal visits required for the treatment to work. She she called she was again extremely rude and said she will refund me n they can’t see me anymore ( don’t want my business ) it is very unprofessional to do that, or speak to someone like that and to make them feel like they are worth nothing or their business isn’t worth it . She said she will give me the remainder of the visits but they can’t see me anymore. I will make sure that everyone hears my story . It has been just horrible 🙁 please if u have other options don’t go there .
