Had a 2:40 appointment and waited over an hour and a half in the waiting room and then another 30 minutes in the exam room, wasn’t seen until 4:30! He observed the cyst on my ear that was the reason for my visit but then changed the subject and started to focus on a mole on my shoulder since I was little claiming it can develop into a melanoma. First off I was here for the cyst on my ear not for my shoulder. Super unprofessional and dirty establishment . Doctor presented himself as sloppy, narcissistic And only spoke To me for 5 minutes. He also kept insisting on a biopsy on my shoulder when I told him it’s something I’ve had my entire life and that I wasn’t concerned about it. I’ll be taking business elsewhere would not recommend!

After living in Florida my entire life the sun has certainly taken its toll on my skin, so I recently made an appointment with ADF Dermatology-Dr Fernandez as a new patient. I had areas of concern on my face. I found Dr Fernandez and his entire staff welcoming, efficient and caring. Dr Fernandez took the time to listen to me without rushing. After removing lesions from my face and a few zaps of a laser my worries of scarring disappeared! The entire time he and his assistant kept me comfortable and smiling. I found Dr Fernandez a refreshing change to the prior dermatologists I have seen. From reception/billing to the procedure I had a great experience. I highy recommend Dr Fernandez for all of your dermatology needs.

I went to Dr.Alfredo Fernandez because i had a mole under my left breast in the crease area where my bra would lay and it began to hurt when i wore my bra. He removed the mole and sent it for biopsy and within a week if found out it was a precancerous mole and it was a good thing we removed it because it could’ve turned into a melanoma cancer from what he explained. I am so GLAD I WENT TO SEE HIM. I would recommend anyone to see him!!!

This place is a joke. After moving here from out of state, was hoping for a smooth transition for my daughter’s accutane treatment. Made the appointment 2 months ago, receptionist assured me everything was good and we should have no problems. Had my dermatologist fax over medical records, (66 pages,which they said they did not receive), Dr. said he could not refill her the prescription. Told him his receptionist said the transition would be smooth, he said “you can’t put that on my receptionist”. Huh? Maybe your staff should be a little more knowledgeable and perhaps not give people false information. If I could give him negative stars I would. What a waste of time and money! If you are thinking about going here, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
