Bc my hair was already so short, there was only so much she could do, but I left feeling and looking better. Since then, I have had Lauren cut my hair multiple times and she always does a great job. It’s hard for me to trust stylists after so many bad experiences elsewhere, but Lauren listened to what I wanted and helped me get the cut I wanted.I also just called with a question about my scalp being so dry (thanks Minnesota winter!) and fully expected them to recommend a product or two. But I was given advice on what to do to help my scalp not be so dry. I appreciate the honesty and not trying to just throw products at me and instead giving me good advice on what to do.Highly recommend this salon. My first experience here was about 3 years ago. A friend of mine scheduled me with Lauren to fix a really bad haircut I got. Bc my hair was already so short, there was only so much she could do, but I left feeling and looking better. Since then, I have had Lauren cut my hair multiple times and she always does a great job. It’s hard for me to trust stylists after so many bad experiences elsewhere, but Lauren listened to what I wanted and helped me get the cut I wanted.

I went to the Cambridge Adevia location to have my color stripped and dyed a light golden blonde. It didn’t take as much time to lighten, but I have thicker hair so a good amount of the product was used. I also had my roots done but did not realize how uneven they had turned out. Since the charge is by the amount of product used, my total came out to $370. I was told after that I would most likely have to come back for touch ups on my roots and the general color. I did not expect the expense to be as high as it was for the result I received.The following day I went to a different salon (as I was wary to go back to Adevia) and got my hair repaired to the color I had orginally wanted. I am highly disappointed in how my hair turned out and I do not think I will be going back or recommending this salon to anyone.

Nina did a superb job with my long hair. She took took just the right amount off and gave me a fantastic cut. She showed me how to style it, directed me to the correct products and at home I’m loving the results. I’ve never been happier with a hair cut or hair style and I can’t recommend Adevia enough!! I will not be going anywhere else. You can trust these ladies with your hair. So so happy!!!

I just went here yesterday and had Lauren as my stylist. It was the BEST experience I have ever had at any salon. Lauren was amazing and worked magic on my hair. I went in there feeling down about a previous bad experience I had somewhere else and didn’t trust stylists anymore. Lauren changed my mind. The first time I visited this salon, my husband had made the appointment for Mothers Day. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but needed a small push before fully deciding to color my hair black. My stylist Lauren talked to me about the differences between demi and permanent and I told her I wanted the permanent dye. When the cut and color was done, my hair looked really good and I left the salon happy. Shortly later it started to fade out. At our next appointment I told her of my concerns with it fading and she said she had forgotten which oneI had decided and put demi in my hair. During this conversation I mentioned I would like the blue in the blue black to show up better and so she said she would lighten my hair first. I should have spoken up and said I did not want that, but that was my own mistake. After my hair was done, it again looked really good. It again is fading out and my hair has a greenish tint to it because she bleached my hair underneath. I have a gala to go to next weekend and will need to find a different salon who can simply color my hair black so that it no longer fades within a few weeks of leaving this salon. It’s just frustrating that my hair color can not last the 6-8 weeks between each appointment and I feel there could have been things done to prevent that.

We were incredibly disappointed in the service and customer service we received. My step-daughter went there to get her hair done for prom and she ended up coming home with no up do and in tears. The stylist couldn’t do the up-do correctly. It looked nothing like the video that was provided. Not even close. And after an unhappy customer, the stylist took her hair down and said there was nothing she could do. My husband paid $85 for the appointment and came home with a daughter in tears on her prom day. I spoke with Michele and said she could not approve a refund and would have the owner call me. The owner never called. We received very poor customer service and we will never be going back. Nor will we ever recommend this salon to anyone.

Awful experience getting my eyebrows waxed, I spent six months growing them out so I could get them reshaped. I explained this to the stylist, and told her what I wanted. When I looked into the mirror I was so embarrassed I just wanted to get out of there. They were uneven and thinner than they have ever been, there was no Arch… Just straight thin brows. The next day, I called to complain, The receptionist said she was going to speak to the manager and see what they could do for me, she said she would call right back. After a week, I still haven’t heard back. I have never had such an awful wax, I will not go back, I do not recommend this salon.
