Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueThere was a man working here in 2020 didnt catch his name unfortunately, but his work was so good, as well as customer service skills.I returned again recently and was asked to come back later there was no tech available to do nails all chairs were empty, they were working on pedicures.I came back, waited longer then one lady finishes up & asks me to pick my polish & come sit. She gets started and right away im turned off that she doesnt give me a clean fresh towels or use new clean tools on me either. She brags about being new from Fashion Island, Newport and acts unhappy, uninterested & clueless about both top 3d locations when i tried asking basic questions/ keeping small talk. She also bragged about the pedi client she was working on who has followed her loyally from Newport, but she seemed to be laughing at her like rolling her eyes about it when the lady came over to our table to say goodbye & tip her. I found it cocky & rude.She told me she couldnt do my nails different colors per finger (a lie because she was being too lazy) got visibly irritated that she had to get up & go wash her hands after my service before the next girl sat down w her, because the chrome powder she used on me left lots of colorful sparkly residue on both her fingers & mineLastly, she charged me the same price ive paid there for the fancy designed hands u can choose from there, but i only asked for plain solid color this time, & asked for long, but she cut medium length by mistake saying usually this shape (coffin) looks better longer. I said yeah i agree, but oh well gotta wait til they grow in for my fill now lol.Supposedly offered ” free” butterfly stickers, but still charged the same full price in the end anyway, which was the maximum amount she saw that i had to pay with that day, because its cash onlyI dont mind paying top dollar for top quality nails. But she didnt even do any sculpting at all. I got home & taking a good look realized this & had to reshape them myself. I usually tip well because as a licensed cosmotologist, i know that part is hard work, & theyd done a nice job the few times id gone there before.But quality has down graded a lot & prices keep going up. Not sure if this lady us just a bad apple which spoils the bunch, but im looking for a new place for next time.By the way these nails didnt last, they started breaking off (painful) by the next week.
