Critical: ProfessionalismI currently drive almost two hours to get my hair done so I called to see if this salon could do the color and cut for me. The woman who answered the phone did not state the name of the so I had to confirm first. When I asked if she had time for a few questions she promptly but politely said she understood English but did not speak it very well so she couldn’t answer any of my questions. When I said I would just keep looking for a salon she was happy to let me go. I currently drive almost two hours to get my hair done so I called to see if this salon could do the color and cut for me. The woman who answered the phone did not state the name of the so I had to confirm first.
