I made my appointment for 9 AM and she didn’t arrive until 10:15am due to “traffic” I have short soft curly hair and I was unsure about knotless braids so I decided to do box braids. I made sure to ask if they were able to braid my type of hair and they said yes, it took five hours! I have never in my life has it took that long to get my hair done. When they were finished she didn’t said add any foam just some oil sheen and left it at that. I was so irritated on how long it took and everything else I paid and left. My hair is already coming out of the braids and it’s only been a week. I wasn’t able to return because first of all this place is an hour away & secondly I had a business trip I was leaving for and I had to prepare for that. She charged me $200 it was originally $220 but she took off $20 because she was late. Not to mention my braids are a mix of medium and small even though I told them twice I wanted medium. I would not recommend this place and I’m not even comfortable to go back to get my hair corrected.

I have been going here for a year. Braids always good.. Owner/manager told me to be there at 12 . I waited a hour she said I would get a discount. It didn’t happen. I continued to hlgo all good. Three weeks ago the manager did my hair Horrible! I sent her a picture after 2 weeks to show her she did my sections to big. She ghosted me. Lost a customer. Let anyone else but her do your hair and you will be satisfied.

LOVED my experience. My braider Madje was very nice and quick. The lady that helped was also quick. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she quickly helped me decide. The price was well worth what I paid for. Will definitely be returning! Next time though they gotta turn the air down some, it was .

She said to come in 1 hour so i was there andwas seated in a chair in 5 minutes.They were fast and efficient and I asked if I would be done in time to pick up my nephew at 3pm and she said no problem. I got the mediumsize knotless braids which turned out fantastic. I will be returning there soon for my next braid style.The shop is clean and if you love gospel music, you will enjoy their TV selections. Very nice place and atmosphere. The lady did a great job on my hair. Lots of compliments was given. I got my butterflylocs crochet done. It took about 3 hrs to get done. Price is reasonable. I would recommend to see her. She pick a perfect location in Pasadena to do hair for people of color. If you love Christian music while getting your hair done, then this is the perfect place.
