Basing this review on my one pedicure with Yuyu because she was so thorough and great. Best pedicure I’ve ever had honestly. Usually people just scrub a little here and there and give half a massage. Yuyu did everything so so well. Thank you!!!!!

Critical: Quality, ValueAbsolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I went with my younger sister on the morning of New Year’s Eve and she got a regular manicure (no gel or acrylics or anything) and I got acrylic nails with permanent gel. Not even 24 hours after getting our nails done her polish washed off while she was showering which just goes to show how poor quality their polish is. I have frequently gotten acrylic nails with gel polish for the past five-ish years and I have never gotten such poor service on top of poor quality items. Before she did the actual color she put the gel on and when it was under the UV light it was physically burning my nails which I have never once experienced with gel. She also cut some of my cuticles to the point of bleeding which has happened to me before but not as bad as this time was. I asked for a coffin shape for my nails and all of my nails turned out to be different widths and shapes. Some were square, some were almond, and there were probably one or two nails that were actually coffin shaped. Now usually my acrylics last for a good month before I need to get them redone (I know you’re not supposed to wait that long but my usual salon does a really good job so I leave them for that long) but after just a week of having these acrylics I already broke three of them even though I wasn’t doing anything different than I usually do in my every day life with acrylics. Overall very bad experience and will never be going here again and I recommend no one else does.Services: Gel manicures, Acrylic nailsAbsolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Absolutely horrible. 11/10 would not recommend. The staff was very rude and dismissive. I paid 39$ for a manicure with regular nail polish. No gel, no acrylic. “Linda” kept trying to pressure me into getting more expensive polish and procedures and when I kept saying no she charged me 15 dollars for the removal of gel polish. Then proceeded to charge me 5 dollars extra for the type of nail polish I chose “Essie” brand. To top that off, my nails look horrible. I asked for a manicure. Which include shaping, oils, cuticles, etc. She did not do any of that. Absolutely horrible do not go!!!

Subpar pedicure. I went in at lunchtime and was the only customer the entire time. My technician didnt speak a word to me after I asked for the “regular” pedicure. It was a glorified polish change with no soak time and very minimal buffing. They gave me a nice massage, but thats not what I was there for. I wont be returning.

Critical: Quality, ValueGel nails didn’t even last two days for me. Chipped immediately and was more expensive then any other place. People were nice, but terrible job. Very disappointed

Critical: ProfessionalismThey were very, very rude & did a horrible job. My nail broke two days later because they were so thin. 50 for plain nails. I’d recommend a different place.Service: Manicure

Staff is very rude! I went in and asked for regular pedicure, and the lady was very pushy and kept asking me 4 or five times if I wanted one of the expensive spa pedicures after i said No the first time. The lady who did my pedicure didnt do one of my toes good and she had a attitude when I asked to fix it.
