I had an appointment with Jasmine Foy at 9:30 am on Tuesday 12/18/19. My appointment ended at 7:30 pm. The style I received was not as requested (too large and too long) and there were some errors in my styling (one layer of braids was even more oversized) that Jasmine said she was willing to fix at a later time. I communicated my concerns with Jasmine through my appointment. She tried to execute the style I requested but could not.
