My first visit was this morning, at 9am,and only waited a few minutes. Got a blowout, and chose not to go under the dryer prior to blowing out because I had to hurry back home to work, which is something I will do next time. Ada was understanding but let me know that was an extra $10, which is fair. Ada and her staff took care of their clients promptly and provided excellent service. Will be going back there every two weeks for the blowout services.

The first time I brought my daughter Janet did her hair and it was awesome. Very nice and went straight to work! Awesome service besides being on personal calls almost the entire time. It was still great and wouldn’t trade my outcome for anything. My second visit was NOT a great experience at all with customer service at all. They opened late (called the night before to be sure they would be there at 8 and they don’t take appointments), the lady that opened serviced us and stated that she only wash hair which was fine….but the issue was the other lady in the back that stayed on her phone the ENTIRE time while 2 customers waited up front. I know she does all services because I seen her on my first visit doing total service. I told the lady on the phone that my daughter needed a deep condition and see said OK and sat her @$$ back down on the phone without telling the young lady that was actually working what I asked (which is the same thing I asked for when I signed in that no one looked at). So I will have to try to make an appointment with Janet next time. If not possible I won’t be back. Very pissed.

Excellent service! It was my first hair cut in USA. Hesitantly, I entered the saloon, but came out with surprise and satisfaction! Also, it was my first time hair cut by a female. But she was very understanding of my Indian style and did exactly the way I wanted. And price of $15 too was within my budget capacity.

I love this place. The customer service here is excellent and the wait isn’t long at all. Being that I have all natural hair, it’s hard to tame it in the summer, so I get my hair done here once or twice a month during this season and I love it. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go here.
