Adara Medical Spa

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI was totally blown away when I first came to Adara. I trusted them to recommend treatments to achieve my skin goals and a chemical peel was recommended to me. I ended up with horrible burns and subsequent scarring on my face and was promised that they would help with treatments to fix my scarring and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I had an initial IPL treatment that did not solve the problem and have since had trouble even getting a hold of the clinic to follow up about a plan for subsequent treatments. There has been a change in management recently and I understand transitions are difficult but the clinic should take responsibility for what was promised to me and that has not happened. I am left on hold and trying to make appointments to deal with adverse consequences of treatments and it’s incredibly frustrating. The front desk staff has told me numerous times that someone from the clinic will call me back but I have not yet received a call and have had to call back 3 times just to leave messages about my unresolved issue.I was totally blown away when I first came to Adara. I was totally blown away when I first came to Adara. I trusted them to recommend treatments to achieve my skin goals and a chemical peel was recommended to me.
