I went here last week and it was just amazing. It was my first massage ever and I had Andrea. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She made sure that I was very comfortable and explained everything perfectly. The building itself is so cute and calming. I will definitely be back for more. I couldn’t get over how good I felt once it was done. I’m so glad I found this place.

I made an appointment over two weeks in advance. Andrea stated that was her first opening available and had her assistant make the appointment. I’ve heard great things about Andrea from people I know and I saw her giving massages while at a health fair, so I decided to make an appointment. I wanted to sign up for the membership, but was talked out of it since Andrea would like to make sure I like how she works first which I agreed. They took my information and I was really looking forward to this appointment. I received a text two days prior asking to confirm, which I did. Then I received a reminder text the day before the appointment. I received a call that I did not answer because I was in a meeting later that afternoon. No voicemail. I received a second call minutes later and again, I can’t answer it. They leave a voicemail from her assistant that states that Andrea is overbooked. Cool, it happens. But again, my appointment was made weeks ago. At what point did she get overbooked? So they have an opening for 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. Oh okay, I can deal with that. No issue. The voicemail proceeds to state that another massage therapist (NOT ANDREA) will be taking care of me because she’s qualified. THIS IS AN ISSUE. I’m sure the other therapist is great, but I’ve heard nothing about them and I only made an appointment because of what I heard about Andrea. I don’t want to spend that kind of money on someone that I have heard nothing about. I called back and decided to cancel my appointment since Andrea wasn’t available and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day. First impressions are everything and this one turned me all the off. I literally skipped going out of town with family for this!

I have had extensive scar tissue along with back, neck and hip pains for about 15 years. I have been going to Andrea for about 8 months now and she has gotten amazing results that chiropractors, physical therapists and many other Massage Therapists just could not achieve. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her!
