I went in a week ago for a bleach and i came out happy and then I was asked to come back in for a touch up for small stuff and ended up getting fake root growth that i didn’t ask for, more bleach added that wasnt needed, and to top it off my hair fell off. i was crying in the seat the whole time and when i told the lady my concerns she laughed at me and told me that she needed to do the “fake root growth” when she didn’t, i left with my back and butt soaked and the hairdresser cracking jokes about how i look like i peed myself. i ended up having to walk out in tears and when i came back for a refund the lady laughed and still kept going on about how i was being over dramatic, but i still got my money back. Don’t go here if you want a hairdresser that does what YOU want.
