Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBusiness is unprofessional and lacks in many different areas. I been going to this business for many years to see a certain technician (Boyfriend). The technician has left, however, I stayed to give others a try. The next technician that worked on my hands was unprofessional and lacked skills and should not be working with nails nor people. The technician yelled at me because I asked him to reshape a nail that was visibly crooked. The owner took over to finish the poor work of her staff. I go back into the shop to get a refill asking for another staff member Helen and was told she’s scared to do my nails all because I did not like the work of the previous technician (PUNK). I WILL NEVER RETURN and if you know better, you WON’T EITHER! Business is unprofessional and lacks in many different areas. I been going to this business for many years to see a certain technician (Boyfriend). The technician has left, however, I stayed to give others a try. The next technician that worked on my hands was unprofessional and lacked skills and should not be working with nails nor people. When i came in i told them what i would like to have done and sat down to wait. no one offered to give me service. Then another customer walked in 5 mins after me and requested the same service and she was helped right away. I have to say i’m not upset the place was filthy i think the health department needs to come check this place out. Well i can’t give a review on the service as i didn’t get any. When i came in i told them what i would like to have done and sat down to wait. no one offered to give me service. Then another customer walked in 5 mins after me and requested the same service and she was helped right away. I have to say i’m not upset the place was filthy i think the health department needs to come check this place out. I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone!
