I’ve been going to Adam Broderick for over 20 years and the service over the years has just deteriorated. Constant mess ups with standing appointments to the point of me not doing certain service there anymore. Canceled appointments and not being able to get someone else to cover so I had to go elsewhere and they really just care. Have been with at least 4 different people at the nail bar since the pandemic. All in all overall not happy and only stay there for the few things I do because I love my technicians. NOBODY reached out today at all. Not right at all!

I recently moved to the area from Brooklyn and I went to AB for the first time in December and saw senior colorist Lauren. I came in very unhappy with the current color I had as it wasn’t done properly at a different salon and had about three different shades of brown and slightly purple tint in there. I asked her to even it out but that I also wanted a rich dimension. She gave me a beautiful “clean” color with the dimension I so wanted and no more purple. Today I went in for single process (for my stubborn grays) and glaze and it came out gorgeous. Shout out to Rina who did my blow dry both times and did an amazing job giving me a beachy wave blow out. This salon is wonderful and I’m so happy to have found my place!

Yesterday, I got a Haircut from stylist, Kozy. I also got Highlights from colorist, Rina. No sugar coating bc I ran out but simply put they were both amazing at what they do. Rina was thorough, professional and explained every step. She was not overly chatty which I find relaxing. Kozy then made sure she knew exactly what I wanted done before cutting. The outcome was beautiful and perfectly done. I HIGHLY recommend these two friendly professionals.

As a person with natural hair, 3C. This is my only trusted salon. I’ve been going for years. Everyone from the salon to the skin care people are amazing. Even the people at the desk are great. However the reason for the lack of a 5th star Is just because at my most recent appointment. A new woman at the front was incredibly standoffish to me. Now I know im not the normal crowd, a mixed young woman. But she acted as if I didn’t belong there. Very condescending, asked me multiple times if I was sure it was there I had an appointment. And it required another woman next to her to point directly at my appointment to bring me in. Everyone else is great. And I’ve never had that experience before. Everyone else is great. And I know she was new. But I hope this isn’t a theme.
