I got the bodyworks package at christmas.. this included hit stone, cbd oil, and cupping. It was worth every penny(my husband spent). Olesya was amazing and kind, conscientious about the pain associated with cupping, the heat of the hot stones. My husband booked me a massage for my birthday like he did last year but this time he also booked the infrared sauna. I don’t do well with heat after having a heat stroke so I asked him to cancel the sauna but when speaking to Connie, she mistakenly canceled the entire appointment. When he called today to verify the time he was told the whole appointment was canceled and that she booked other clients for the day and that there was nothing she could do. This is beyond frustrating considering this was her error and that she was unwilling to make any accommodations. I am so disappointed. I will not recommend Adagio anymore.
