I found Kim on Groupon. She is quick and efficient. She is super friendly and knowledgeable about the services she provides. Responds within minutes to any questions or concerns I have had. I plan to become a regular! It’s funny that in a previous review her service animal was referred about when her dog is less than 5 pounds and just laid in her bed the whole time. I love little Miss Daisy!

I went here for lash extensions. I was having difficulty with the look of the lashes and couldn’t get used to it as it’s nothing like what my daughters have and looks very spidery/Tami Fae. One of the extensions fell out as I was using the brushes she gave me to try to separate the lashes more for a softer look. I noticed that it wasn’t a lash but a cluster. I called my daughter who’s the esthetician. She said I was not given extensions but cluster lashes which are not true extensions and should never be applied with permanent glue, everrr! She said that besides giving the spidery look they break and ruin natural lashes. Also she said a lash extension appointment should be 90-180 minutes and not the 45 at best it took Kim. I’m embarrassed to go out in public and she refuses to even speak with me when confronted. I’d give a zero star if I could. She had a pet in her space which has to be some sort of sanitary violation. Could not find her business under BBB to file a complaint. Beware she may not even be licensed.

Years ago, I got lashes done at some other salons but the cost was too high and it took way too much time. I found Kimberly via Groupon and I definitely found a gem. She costs less than other places, gives better service, is quicker, and I love my lashes. She does a really good job of making the lashes nice and full but not fakey and over done. In fact, another esthetician asked me if my eye lashes were real and then told me they were really well done. I will go to Kimberly for as long as I get lashes and as long as she is open.
