Through the many years I’ve had my hair done here today was my last day! The TRUE colors of the people in this establishment showed! These folks are blatant users of AMERICA!! After an incident here today that had NOTHING to do with one of the stylist they began to speak in their native language laughing and saying AMERICA this and that! Critical: Quality, ValueI appreciate it. But I asked for 8 braids straight back. I got 8 but my parts were all slanted. Braids were uneven sized, no product was used in my hair except the spritz at the end. My hair was not combed at all there fire my hair is bush that the roots also from lack of tightness. This was my first experience. Not satisfied.

I went in today for individuals and they look more like micros with synthetic hair. I don’t know if they were rushing because it’s a Sunday but the sizing, the parts they were just doing anything. Also , I don’t know what the lady did when she dipped my hair but my ends are raggedy and keeps shedding and when it was time for the mousse and spray she put so much I guess to mask the fact that my braids were super stringy. I normally go to Philly but I wanted to give this place a try and I was highly disappointed. Overall they were friendly and fast but the way they do hair sucks. Do yourself a favor and find a better braiding shop.

I went here a few months ago for individuals, terrible experience. First of all I had to wait over an hour for a stylist, the woman kept telling me that she was on her way so I wouldn’t leave and I should have! My hair turned out horrible……big, thick, sloppy individuals. A mess I had to go home and take some of the hair out because they were so bulky and rebraid my hair. I will NEVER go back there EVER!!!! A waste of time and money. The woman doing my hair was rude, and kept touching my face with her greasy hands even after I asked her not to. Also she was loud talking to the rest of the stylist as they scream back and forth at each other, so unprofessional. Lastly out of the four of us getting our hair done that day only one woman hair look nice, that should speak volume about this place! Do yourself a favor and find a better braiding shop
