I have had my nails done by the owner Amy for years. I was so excited when she opened her own salon. The salon is beautiful and clean. They treat you very well here. Customer service and skill are top notch. I have never had an issue. They go above and beyond to make you feel pampered. They even played happy birthday and brought out cookies and champagne when it was my birthday! Best nail salon in Middletown. I won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been to this establishment 3 times now and have yet to be disappointed. So I’ve done a gel pedicure, two gel manicures, and eye brow wax. Both gel manicures were day of appointments and had a design each time that I was able to get. I was super pleased that when I asked for the design that I was immediately obliged, especially since it was a day of and I know not everyone can do them. Service from the staff is always friendly and easy. A great place to get your nails done for sure! Photo is from my most recent appointment today 🙂

I had the pleasure in having Amy taking care of me for a gel pedicure. It was the most relaxing and gentle experience I’ve ever had with a pedicure. Not a moment of discomfort. I think the colors I chose were DD192 and DD193. Highly recommend coming here!

Moved to Middletown and tried 2 other places before I found A&D. Haven’t gone anywhere else. Amy is so very nice albeit a tad busy as she is the owner. Thomas’ pedicures are heavenly. On the high end for pricing, but I feel well worth the cost for the results. Done 1 weel ago and they still look great.

Won’t be returning. Went to this salon for a second time about two weeks ago. Went for a Fill, had an appt, got seated with Sally at station 1, I couldn’t decide on a polish color and Sally got a little annoyed that I kept asking to see different colors because I wasn’t sure how they would look on me. Finally chose a color, showed her a design I wanted, she said she could do it but my nails looked nothing remotely close to the picture I showed her. She also gave me a completely different shape than I had asked for. She finally finished and proceeded to charge me $70 for mediocre service with a side of attitude from her earlier about my nail color. I will be sure none of my family or friends give this establishment any of their hard earned dollars, I’m proven every time I go that I shouldn’t, you’ll get better service at Regal nails in Walmart

It’s unfortunate that you cannot get a respectable manicure anymore. Are the days of warm hand soaks with those fun stones at the bottom, cuticle oil, and great hand and wrist massages gone? The prices continue to rise, yet the quality of the service and cleanliness of the tools continue to decrease. While the owner Amy did not do my nails, she did try to make amends for this disappointing experience. But, I’ll save myself the overpriced mediocre convenience of A&D Nails and go back to Kingdom Nail Spa.

This was my first time here, I work close by and I was in desperate need of a pedicure. I looked this place up and saw they were one of the few nail salons open on Sunday. I didn’t have an appointment, but I figured I would try and see if they could squeeze me in since I was just getting a pedicure and not a full set. When I walked in I was greeted right away by a very nice lady, I’m assuming might be the owner. She let me know they could take me, but it would just be little bit of a wait. Which was not a problem as I didn’t have an appointment so I was prepared to wait. After I sat in the waiting area for about 15 mins she offered to have me sit in one the pedicure chairs and enjoy a massage while I waited. Another nice lady ended up doing my pedicure and she did a great job. The owner checked in to make sure everything was good and kept thanking Me for my patience. It was a great 1st experience and I will definitely be back, next time with an appointment.
