Finally decided to give it a go. Called and ask if walk-ins were allowed, but was told appointments are preferred, so i scheduled for 2pm. Place is clean, quiet and comforting. D-id the acupuncture- 25 minutes front, 20 minutes back, and then i did the 30 minutes massage. Prices are reasonable.

There are many massage shop but this one is not one of those. In fact, I would rather consider it as a pain treatment clinic. As an acupuncturist, Ms. Zhu doesn’t seem like a good talker but surely she knows what she is doing. Her technique is quite different from other so-called acupuncturist who learned from acupuncture boot camp school, she has practiced acupuncture back in China for years. I can tell the different the way she deliver it. And oh yea that works great on easing my shoulder pain, which advire or tylenol do no effort on it. She is really good with her needles but not so good running a business. Maybe hiring a manager can save this place.

I’ve had acupuncture and massages here they where both really good but if you looking for a place that you can really relax in a quiet environment, this isn’t the place. They don’t have walls to divide the rooms and the people who work there are talking to each other the whole time. I’ve been her about 3 or 4 times and its happened each time.

Why is it just when you think you’ve found a great place of service and so happy the first time you go there then… it starts going down hill. Today was my third massage from this place. First was amazing, during the second visit, the therapist abruptly pushed my leg backwards and gave me a pain through my lower back that hurt like hell. It had been a long while since then and I decided to give them another try. Today the “so called therapist” was a very thin, small older man who had the most dreadful breath ever. He started with rubbing tons of oil all over my back, over and over again just kinda plucking at random areas. What the heck? It was obvious it didn’t know what he was doing, so I stopped him and asked for someone else. Reluctantly, he went to get the manager who sent in a young woman. She finished the job and did well but did not reset the timer when she started. I paid for an hour, but didn’t get the most of it due to having to start over. No apologies from management. She did, however, ask if I wanted to add a tip. I did not complain to her as their English is not so good and I was feeling pretty disappointed and just wanted to be done with it. I am telling this full story because I don’t believe I’ll be going back. Too bad as I was a good customer. These sort of places should wake up and realize that people EXPECT to feel better and relaxed upon leaving. After all, that’s the name of their game. I just felt aggravated more than anything. Oh well, better luck next time…somewhere else.

This is NOT a spa experience (fluffy robes, aromatherapy, etc) but it is an excellent place to take care of everyday pain and stiffness. Although they offer acupuncture my experience is limited to massage and reflexology (foot massage) and I would highly recommend both. On top of employees that do their best to work out the kinks their prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend!

Although this is not a spa experience by any means, it does take care of your moat immediate massage needs. I recommend finding the therapist you like ans sticking to them. They are very flexible with their schedule (same day appts) and very affordable.
