I have been going to Acupressure MLD for over three years. Nothing is as effective at curbing my periodic back and neck pain. In fact, when I was going regularly (four times a month) and getting regular chiropractic care (two times per month), I was able to completely alleviate all my pain for a while. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI do not like to leave bad reviews, but people should be warned to STAY AWAY from here if you have serious pain. I took my partner here, who has deep back pain and needed work on his exit points, and now he is so much worse after being worked on by Anselmo. After meeting Anselmo, we tried to explain to him where the pain is coming from and what needed to be worked on, but he was impatient, kept cutting us off and rushed my partner on the table. There was no consultation, he just started into his standard routine when he really needed to listen to his patient and carefully work on specific spots we tried to tell him about. My partner told him repeatedly to not touch certain areas and told Anselmo he was hurting him, but he would not listen. I wish we would’ve just walked out because it was obvious THIS MAN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENT’S PAIN! He had no compassion or patience, but seemed to care about the money! Anselmo charged us $80 for the hour even though my partner was so visibly worse than how he came in.We came to this place because it is the only Acupressure care around and had good reviews, but it’s clear Anselmo isn’t capable of handling people with severe issues and I wish he would’ve just said so instead of wasting an hour of our time, money and worst of all causing MORE pain!I do not like to leave bad reviews, but people should be warned to STAY AWAY from here if you have serious pain. You can come in through the entrance of the mall near Harold’s Steak house and walk to the middle of the mall, then turn right when you see the Jewelry Stores. You will See us on the right side by the Soda machines and children rides. We are Near Dillard’s inside of the mall, but You can’t go through Dillard’s anymore the glass doors are closed.
