Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went in there and a lot of pain in my shoulders and back and I was having a very hard time breathing. When I called there they made a spot right away for me to come in and get my back and shoulders worked on. The young lady that did my back worked long and hard on undoing all the damage that was done to my shoulders, my back, and my spine, made it so that I could breathe again easily. She also gave a little special attention to my feet and hands and my feet thanked her for Oh My God it was fantastic. After 12 hours on my feet all day this was much needed. I went in there and a lot of pain in my shoulders and back and I was having a very hard time breathing. When I called there they made a spot right away for me to come in and get my back and shoulders worked on. The young lady that did my back worked long and hard on undoing all the damage that was done to my shoulders, my back, and my spine, made it so that I could breathe again easily. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismCalled and asked if they do couples massages and was told yes. We show up and before even receiving any service they made us pay. When we’re taken back for the massage they split my wife and I up into separate rooms…..okay so not a couples massage. When the massage was done we were brought back up to the front and were told that they wanted another $20 as a tip ($10 for each of us). I politely told them no thanks since I felt the service was just okay. My wife and I stood there for 5 minutes just arguing with them and the lady waving the card reader around demanding another $20. It didn’t matter how many times I explained to them that tips are COMPLEMENTARY based on the quality of the service you received. If that’s how they’re going to approach tipping then just include it in your price and charge people after they receive the service, not before. She walks on your back and really gets deep into my knots! I always leave there pain free and refreshed. I can’t recommend her enough. I saw some complaints on here about having to pay first. I personally love not having to mess with my wallet at the end, I am too relaxed to want to deal with all that. All I have to do when I’m finished is grab my cash tip and walk out. Helen greets me at the end with some water and I am on my way. She is always super professional and pays attention to detail. Helen is amazing!!! She really takes the time to find out what kind of pressure you want and listened to me about where I am having problem areas. She walks on your back and really gets deep into my knots! I always leave there pain free and refreshed. I can’t recommend her enough. I saw some complaints on here about having to pay first. I personally love not having to mess with my wallet at the end, I am too relaxed to want to deal with all that. All I have to do when I’m finished is grab my cash tip and walk out. I never had a massage place out right ask for money before you even receive the service and their mannerism is quite poor and not professional. They change the appointment time without asking and thinks the customer has to accommodate to their schedule and without even knocking they come into the room when the customer is changing to demand for tips.Also, even if you sign up for a sixty minute massage they are busy answering phones and doing other things and your massage ends up being thirty minutes instead of the sixty. They do not even ask if they need to change the pressure.This place has the worst service and they are not properly trained to adequately handle a massage service.This place is the worst.
