ACT 1 SALON & SPA ” A Premier Place”

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been a regular at this salon for 5 almost 6 years now. I come in every other week and get a blow out and waxing sometimes I come in every week. My son gets pedicures while I get blow outs. Although I’ve spent a lot of money and time here, I feel disrespected. On 9/21 I signed a receipt for 70 dollar. On 9/23 Act One Salon authorized 102. They increased my tip amount by 32 dollars. I was able to catch this by checking with my bank and asking them how did this happen. This is not professional. I was also told by the owner that this is done often if she or any one else feels like they forgot to charge for something. I advised her she shouldn’t be doing that, it’s wrong, but she insisted she does this often. She agreed she should not have done that but still the issue was not resolved in a satisfactory way and I did not receive a refund of the additional amount that I did not authorize. My bank is now disputing the unauthorized transaction. I feel disrespected and dissapointed after over 5 years of loyalty to this salon. I have been a regular at this salon for 5 almost 6 years now. I come in every other week and get a blow out and waxing sometimes I come in every week. My son gets pedicures while I get blow outs.
