Their schedule was pretty tight today, but they managed to take me in for a soak off of a previous set I got done elsewhere and a gel-x full set. Personally, I’ve never had a positive nail salon experience, but for once I left satisfied. Jasmine was very attentive and gentle during the soak off process. I loved my gel-x mani. Thank you !

So I have this unspoken rule about nail salons. If I’m only trying to get my nails taken off and a) no one gives me an attitude or b) constantly tries to upsell me a gel mani/pedi with diamonds, sparkles and glitter, then I know their customer service is stellar. Amelia at Acryliq is AA for absolutely awesome.. such a sweetheart. She handled my nail take off with such care. I have a split in one of my nails and she was very gentle filing it down. I observed that all the nail artists took pride in their work and it showed. The nails I saw were on point. I definitely wanna return.

Made an appointment ahead of time for 2pm. They did my pedicure right away and after I was done I had to wait almost an hour and half for my gelx. They did an ok job but not worth the 1 and half hour wait to start my hands. Overall, took 3 hours for two services. Not great service at all.

Place was really clean and very nice. I got a set of GelX nails and he finished them in less than 1 hour. They fell off 2 weeks later. The people there are very nice. Nikki reshaped them after she saw that I wasn’t completely satisfied, I get it maybe the nail tech was new to this. I would go back because they are very nice and clean place.
