I use several modalities such as: •Medical Massage •Sports Massage •Intra oral TMJD Therapy •Neuromuscular Therapy •Deep tissue •Myofascial •Cupping •Red light therapy cupping •Gua sha •Compression bands •Stretching •Hot salt stones You just choose if you want a 30, 60 or 90 minute massage and after we meet we will decide what techniques are best for that session.
