Welcome to the ACM Relaxation Treatment Spa, (Acm Retreat Spa). ACM, the parent company, was incorporated in Ohio on September 29, 1992. We have been at the same address and location in Medina for over 23 years. Our services are Always Free To Our Members. Find more information and details on our website. We offer several massage packages: Full Body Relaxation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Prenatal, Hot Tub Relaxation and Massage, Relaxing Soak and Massage, and/or a Custom Designed Massage Package. On your 1st visit, let us custom build your massage experience or choose our most popular Custom Built Pampering Massage Package. We use only the highest quality products. You will have the same practitioner every time.

Massage Spa
Aromatherapy Massage
Usually between 60 and 90 minutes of actual massage. Aromatherapy massage is a Swedish Massage using massage oil or lotion that contains special oils (highly concentrated plant oils). These special oils are thought to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body by affecting a complex system of nerves and networks in the brain. One or more essential oils are chosen for their specific qualities, for example; We currently supply ‘Honeydew Lavender Sensual Massage Oil’ (see Amazon or our Products Page). Lavender is for relaxation and stress-reduction. Hundreds of combinations of oils are available. Note: If our standard oil is not acceptable, the client will be required to supply their own oils and custom blending (if required). Be sure to test for any allergic reaction first. If desired, we enhance the normal massage by adding a light vibration, percussion vibration, or a deep tissue massage. Used for Stress-relief, healing, relaxation, skin conditions and hormone imbalance.
Deep Tissue Massage
Usually between 60 and 90 minutes of actual massage. A Deep Tissue Massage is a focused therapeutic massage that targets muscle knots and specific problem areas in the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Using deliberate, slow strokes, or friction across the grain of the muscle, the practitioner addresses chronic tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, or other types of problem areas. Used for: chronic pain, lingering injuries, and in reducing the symptoms of osteoarthritis. We enhance the normal Deep Tissue Massage by adding both light vibration and percussion vibration depending upon the location of the problem.
Swedish Massage
Usually between 60 and 90 minutes of actual massage. The Swedish massage is the most often requested free massage. It is gentle and relaxing. It consists of long smooth strokes, kneading, circular movements and a very light massage on the more superficial layers of muscles and over the body. We enhance the normal Swedish massage by adding a light vibration on any requested or problem areas that you desire.
