After years of searching for a good threading place in New Orleans, I found this gem located in Clearview Mall. The staff is amazing and I had a wonderful experience. Price is reasonable for all the services. Wiped off my make on my eyebrows and consulted before she started.The lady did an amazing job on the eyebrows and the lashes. Will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!

Critical: Quality06/23 around 3:30 pm I got my eyebrows threaded. I left there so fast to not cry. I asked for it to be cleaned up. The lady took of one of my eyebrow’s bottom portion making them slightly higher than my other eyebrow. I know have uneven eyebrows (one side looks like my regular eyebrow while the other looks like 90s, early 2000s).I cried when I got home. This place use to be great in quality and pricing. This was my first threading experience and I was not disappointed! She was very quick and shaped my eyebrows very well. I have a scar in one eyebrow and shaping it is always a struggle but she didn’t even flinch and made them so even! The prices are also really good. I will definitely go back!

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI went in for my first threading and Kahma (Sorry for any misspelling) was awesome‼️I didn’t fully like it in the end, but she was very adamant that I leave satisfied and quickly altered the brow I love my brows and she has a forever customer lol I met one of her loyal customers today and she was awesome as well. Critical: ValueI asked for a clean up on my eyebrows and left with them entirely too thin. One side she took off the end of my brow and had the nerve to push me out of the chair. I usually have gone during the day and an older lady has done it but idk if this girl was the owner’s daughter because she was rude and horrible. Not going back.

They must have new management because I’ve been going there for the past three or four years (since they started in a kiosk) and I’ve never experienced such rude customer service. I went to write my name down as usual and sat down to wait for service. The girl at the register didn’t acknowledge me at first so I thought I had to wait for someone else to come out the back of the store. Then she simply told me to sit in a designated chair and waited for me to hold my hands on my face so she could begin. She didn’t know if I had been there before or not so her waiting for me to move felt very uncomfortable; it felt as if my very presence disturbed her. While she threaded my eyebrows, her manner was cold and unconcerned. She didn’t wipe excess hair off my eyes and face. She just handed me a mirror when she was done. I believe in tipping but I just didn’t think I should give extra money to someone who could care less if I was there or not. So I handed her my receipt without tip and of course, she took it and said nothing else. Even though I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, I will not be going back.

Great brows techs….my mother and I have been coming here for years.Henna tech is only in on Saturdays and Sundays after 2pm thats why I only gave them 5 starts…should at least take appointments.

Fabulous place for beauty needs. I’m a fan of the threading of brows. Quick friendly service, inexpensive and work lasts for a while. I would recommend this place to other patrons to take care of their cosmetic needs.
