I just moved to the area and had a terrible experience with another lash tech. Iris was very welcoming and her studio was very relaxing from the very beginning. She removed my horrible lashes and schooled me on how my lashes are supposed to be and feel. She is very knowledgeable and her work is amazing. I booked my 2 weeks right then and there. She made me feel very comfortable and walked me through everything she was doing. I have been looking for the right lash tech since January and I have found her!! Iris is very patient and skilled. I already had a set done by someone else for an upcoming trip but I should never have gone to her; It was a horror story but Iris took her time and made sure she carefully removed the previous lashes without any discomfort. She thoroughly explained each step and made me feel very comfortable. My lashes are so full and fluffy and I do not feel them; they are not heavy whatsoever! Iris always do a great job on my lashes. Since I have been going to her my retention in my lashes have gotten so much better, my lashes look natural but still give me a glam look. On my first appointment she asked me what my style is and consulted on what was best for my lifestyle, and eye shape. Most lash techs I been to never given me that experience. She also communicates well and try to work around my busy schedule when she can.
