I would like to give a huge thank you to Eric the barber for saving the day . I called last minute end of day hoping someone would answer . I spoke with Eric and asked him if anyone could fit my son in it was an emergency!!! We are leaving for Jamaica for his senior trip tomorrow in the am . His barber canceled on him a hour before his appt leaving him so upset and no where to go. My son is so picky when it comes to letting someone cutting his hair but the good Lord told me to have faith . Eric did a great job my son was happy and I couldn’t be more great full . Now that is what I call great customer service . Thanks again !!!

They let me schedule an appointment for 12 pm even tho they didn’t have anyone to cut my hair…waited 45 min then left. One of the barbers was just talking to a customer for 30 min and not cutting hair. Haircut

I had a second haircut here yesterday and received the same excellent customer service as my first visit. The appointment was on time and the venue was very clean. Honestly I’m only leaving this review because one of my boys had a horrible experience. The others were great! But the guy cutting my sons hair I don’t remember his name but he is tall and has dreads.. my son said he was bullying him the whole time because he was moving and was saying rude things and was pushing his fingers into his eyes too as he was doing the edgeup. How nice to bully an 11 year old. Never going back here again. Extremely unprofessional and not worth the “cheaper” prices.
