This was my first visit! My nail technician was Jean and she was FABULOUS! I had gotten tips and gel a month ago and they were grown out and cracking very bad. We decided to remove all of that and went with an acrylic build with gel color, that I love! Thank you, Jean!

Not a fan, I went to give them one more chance after a failed attempt on gel polish. I have naturally long healthy nails all I wanted was to have a manicure with regular polish. When I said that one of the staff laughed out loud and made of me. I confronted her and said that was rude if you need to say something please speak English so I can defend myself.

I arrived at 9:30 for a pedicure and was told the wait time would be an hour so I decided to wait. While waiting, a few more black people a man and woman came in. Man was told he would have to wait till noon the lady was told an hour. I sat for 45 minutes when a white woman walks in and they ask what service she needs. She says pedicure and is told to walk on back to the first available pedicure chair. I point out that I had been waiting for the same service for 45 minutes and with no apologies or anything told I could “go find an empty chair”. I did not and walked out. I refuse ti spend money with people who have no respect for black people, our time, our our money. Black women (and men) beware and choose wisely where you spend your hard earned dollars! I live 3 minutes away and would drive downtown or Mt Pleasant before I ever step foot in this establishment!

So I got there ready to get my nails done. And I asked to see the different colors of nails. Then asked if this was all they had. I was told yes! Well I said I would come back. When I returned they told me that they were closed and it was 5:23 in the afternoon. So just because I left and came back which only took 10 minutes I was told they were closed. The staff was horrible the service sucked! They were rude and disrespectful! A tad bit racist! I hated the experience there. They are awful and rude.

They do a great job with nails just be sure to know exactly how much what you want costs because they can become pricey. They will always push for you to get gel nail like they don’t have regular polish but they do. In the EXACT color of the gel polish. Gel costs more to get AND take off versus regular polish. I would love them if only there wasn’t a hidden agenda to get you to pay the most for your service. They gave done this to me and I’ve seen them do this to others as well.
