Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI just got my fall nails done by Cathy. Let me tell you that I’m big on good service. Like most, I’m always checking reviews to determine whether or not I’ll step foot in the business. Cathy was so inviting and determined to provide excellent service. I got there with a vision and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Making sure I was comfortable at all times and satisfied with her work. I just got my fall nails done by Cathy. Let me tell you that I’m big on good service. Like most, I’m always checking reviews to determine whether or not I’ll step foot in the business. Cathy was so inviting and determined to provide excellent service. I got there with a vision and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Making sure I was comfortable at all times and satisfied with her work. Needless to say I highly recommend and look forward to my next appointment with Cathy!

Critical: QualityMade an appointment for a “fill” for today @ 1:30. Once the tech had started on my nails I was told that she is not able to do acrylics yet. When I asked why my appointment wasn’t booked correctly I was told it was my fault that I did not specify what kind of fill I needed. I was not asked what kind of fill I needed and I do not understand why someone that cannot work on acrylic nails would have even started them to begin with. They were not willing to correct this situation while I was there as they were already booked… worst communication ever. Had they taken some responsibility in the miscommunication then maybe I’d be more understanding. Completely ridiculous. Made an appointment for a “fill” for today @ 1:30. Once the tech had started on my nails I was told that she is not able to do acrylics yet. When I asked why my appointment wasn’t booked correctly I was told it was my fault that I did not specify what kind of fill I needed.
