They do such a rush job to try and take care every client that walk in the door instead of saying they are booked up i want service to be wen i call or come in the company say they are full instead of still taking me and doing a rush job smh i even called once to schedule an appointment and instead of the owner Grace saying i have an appointment what time works best for u i said i can do 2:30 she insist on kept negotiating times with me when I am letting her know my availability and she’s giving me other times that I kept telling her was it according to my availability then I proceeded to ask on a particular Saturday can I come in at 6 o’clock do you have a 6 o’clock appointment available she said no because they close at six when on their door and the cards they give out specifies that they’re open Monday through Saturday till 730 communication is bad and the service needs to be taken more seriously when talking to Client so let them know if they’re available

Sara introduced me to gel manicure I only had it done a few times, she then gave me to Susan who noticed my own nails were getting damaged but continued with the manicure that had me go to the hospital with a bad infection. my nails are damaged. Grace only told me that power gel will be better for me.at no point did she offer free treatment to help my nails get better. I think it’s time I find a new manicurists at a different salon.

I got an acrylic French tip done and my nails looked rushed… there are air bubbles throughout the whole thing… and got charged for the acrylic full set when she did an acrylic tip set instead.. my left hand looks better than my right but everything is uneven and looks like I did them ( I’m not good at doing my nails but I would have taken my time). I feel embarrassed I waisted 50 dollars there hoping to have my nails look like they were done by professionals… I dont like how they look like they were done by me or a family member in a rush to go somewhere

Critical: QualityI wanted matt nails she insisted they had matt nails when she did it it was still shinny I was like this isnt matt she was like it is then she put crystals on and the glue was every were on the nails. Lastly she didnt even clear around my nails she did a careless sloppy job so not happy with it.

I went here for years, but recently had a negative experience. Sarah insisted on her tip before finishing the manicure. She was pushy and tried to get me to do a gel manicure that I did not want! The manager would not refund me my money. I expect a refund and apology. This is So unprofessional!

This place sucks! I only come here for emergency. I am standing outside its 10:07AM and they are not open yet. So disappointing on a Saturday morning. The work is always rushed too. Once I had my card stamped and the 10th stamp gets you a back massage, I went to use it and they told me they were busy…how dare they!

I do not recommend the place, my sister and I went to make gel powder with extensions, and they did it reluctantly, they fought to do their job, and they do not treat the client well, we returned for guarantee and they did not do it but initially, we will not return And we don’t recommend the place. Very rude to treat customers.
