Asked to cut for no more than 6 inches. However, he cut almost half of my upper body’s length. My hair now doesn’t even reach my shoulders… Bad bad bad bad skills!!! Very high price, cost me more than $40, definitely overpriced! Please go to Rochester, Syracuse or any other city. Not even worth $10 here!

Definitely overpriced. 30$ for a man’s haircut in Ithaca is the same amount or more than the money I spent on a great haircut in Chinatown NYC. Anyways the haircut was also mediocre not to mention the minimum customer service. Seems like they just wanna rush you through the entire process since you only have a 30min slot. Didn’t feel welcomed and didn’t get asked if the haircut was ok. Had to pay right away and leave. Hope they could work on their attitude and customer service: please be kind to your customers, one first step could be saying hi and thank you. 😉

I was about to make an appointment of 11am but will be a few mins late. The hairdresser told me to come at 11:30 cuz they have a very strict rule about time they spend on each customer. The previous customer decided to dye his hair. I got my hair washed at 11:35 and had to wait until 12 to get my hair cut. To speed it up and not let the next customer wait for so long, he cut my hair at a faster speed without doing a good job.
