I spoke to the owner prior to my 1st appointment after a friend recommended them. The technician did an ok job but the place was clean and I figured I would give it another try. Big mistake! I have natural nails and one needed to be repaired. I booked my appointment with the owner who told me she would take care of me. She didnt begin until almost a half hour after my appointment was scheduled. Meanwhile, 3 people that came in after me were taken care of immediately. She has someone else begin the manicure but the tech wanted to use an electric sander on me. This is normally done for artificial nails. I told her absolutely not and then the owner took over. She barely trimmed my cuticles and then takes a Metro Card to try to remove a wrap that was on my pinky nail. It was the only wrap that I had. I asked her to stop because it is unsanitary and she should use acetone or cut the old wrap off. She then told me how nice my nails were and had them soak. She then gets up to take care of another customer. Her husband takes over and begins filing my nail into a v shape. I asked him to stop and had to cut my nails down because of it. I filed the rest of my nails myself. I honestly didn’t get a manicure but merely a bad paint job. The polish was all over my cuticles. I paid full price and still left a tip even though my 2nd time there was a horrible experience. I wasted not only my time but my money. Will never go there again.

Did a wonderful job! I told them it was my birthday and I have never felt more like a queen in my life. Been there a few times and it’s a very relaxing with a great staff. Positive atmosphere.

I always go here and it’s usually good but the last few times my polish chip pretty quickly rather then what it used to hold up before I think maybe add to there polish instead of opening a new one near the end of the bottle Manicure, Pedicure

Went there for the first time to get my eyebrows done and the staff are so friendly and curtious. The lady who did my eyebrows did a fantastic job. Will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend this place to anyone
