The storefront looks a bit outdated, so I was skeptical but the beds were clean and appeared sanitary. Only giving three stars because I never felt welcome by the staff. The woman behind the counter was talking to a regular customer who had already been served when I walked in. She didn’t bother to greet me, or even tell me she would be a moment. This went on for several minutes, enough that I had to stand there awkwardly and wait. By the time I was helped, I got the impression that it was inconvenient for me to arrive when I did. I bought a set of tans, so I came in more than once, and every time I was met with the same lack of enthusiasm… like I was in the way and troubling the staff which made me not want to come back. I’ve tanned before, so luckily I wasn’t totally new to the experience and needing much help. But I found a different salon in another city. This place has potential, but they need to work on making people feel welcome.
