I love my hair stylist Kelly R.. She manages my natural hair and doesn’t over cut a trim is JUST a trim. I have been with her for years and I highly recommend her if your looking for a new stylist ask for Kelly. She has beautiful natural hair herself and will take care of yours. She also does locs, braids and excellent with color.

They hired this new guy that is terrible. He is the epitome of a trash barber. He ruined my haircut, cut off my sideburns and then continuously apologized for messing up my hair. While I was in the chair he kept blaming it on the lighting in the barbershop and then said to one of the other barbers how terrible the clippers were that he was using. Fire this man IMMEDIATELY! I didn’t get his name but he’s the only dark skinned guy with a bald head. Most of the barbers in here are seasoned but this guy was new and he was garbage!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe lady Abby was late 30 minutes late. This was my first time here and I will not be coming back. I had gotten butterfly locs which took her 8 1/2 HOURS! She was very heavy handed and when I told her that she was hurting my head she would tell me to “Hush” my scalp was hurting so bad I thought about taking them out the same night… I was there 2 hours past closing, you would think for a hair style to take that long, that it would be perfect…NO! My locs are very uneven and they’re already coming undone at the end of them when I just got them done LAST WEEK! The lady Abby was late 30 minutes late. This was my first time here and I will not be coming back. I had gotten butterfly locs which took her 8 1/2 HOURS! Today my appointment was at 10:30 am. At 11:05 am I got up and walked out. Barber, won’t name him, chose to do 2 other heads instead of mine. As I walked out he ask, “you’re leaving?” Really? Not sure I want to go back no matter how good they are. Service matters!!
