First impression clean, the girls were friendly and the chair you seat to wash your hair was the mos comfortable chair I have been in 25 years . My appointment was with Jessica. She was very professional, right on time and quiet which I loved. Sometimes being in at the hairdresser runs you down just by a lot of talking.if you want layers she is the one. First she cut my hair wet. After that she blow dry and cut more.i feel like I found the right hairstylist. after 13 years being in USA. .thank you Jessica. My first time in this salon. First impression clean, the girls were friendly and the chair you seat to wash your hair was the mos comfortable chair I have been in 25 years . My appointment was with Jessica. She was very professional, right on time and quiet which I loved. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going here for over a year now. Julia is phenomenal and it’s so fun to sit in her chair. She has always made my hair dreams come true.More recently I had to cancel my last two appointments and I felt bad so I booked elsewhere. BIG mistake. The salon I chose (Salon Mimosa) took my hair from my bright blonde that Julia had done for me, and I asked them to bring me back to my dirty blonde so that my next appointment with Julia she could go in and add some dimension. The stylist dyed my hair to a chocolate brown with a red tint. I was balling my eyes out for the rest of that night and the very next day. The next day I called Acapello and explained what had happened, crying and desperate I asked if I could go in that day and get it fixed. They called Julia and within 5 minutes I got a call back that I could come in at 6:45pm and Julia would fix it. I went in that night and she was so calm, patient and really took the time to brainstorm how we were going to fix what the other salon had done. Although it was late in the evening she took her time to make sure I walked out happy. Julia knows her stuff when it comes to hair, she gave me a whole science lesson explaining how the hair colors work etc. There was another individual there named Jen, and Jen and Julia would work together to get ideas of how to correct my hair.I walked out so thankful that she took me in last minute, spent the time treating and correcting my hair. I’ll never go to another Salon or stylist again. I highly recommend Acapello.Services: Hair highlighting, Haircut, Balayage, Hair coloringI’ve been going here for over a year now.
