I NEVER saw improvement seeing Cynthia. I could say way more but l will just stop there. My advice is to keep it professional if you go and don’t make “friends”. Make sure you are getting exactly what you want for results and not let it be a social event for an expensive and painful brow pluck.

Critical: ValueThis place was good, as both the owner and daughter are really kind. However, I was not seeing results that I had hoped for. The needle used was not for coarse hair. So, essentially I was paying more for services that didn’t work for my hair type. Covid hit so they cancelled my sessions. I periodically checked in and asked that they call me back when they began again but that call to continue sessions never came. Hair took no breaks and came back as if I had not found a permanent solution. I would not recommend for anyone whose hair is not straight. This place was good, as both the owner and daughter are really kind. However, I was not seeing results that I had hoped for. The needle used was not for coarse hair. I have my most precious caretaker of my face. Cynthia and her daughter are excellent at their profession. You can tell , they are well trained, seeing results after a short time. I highly recommend this business.
