If given an option, this would have been a zero option review, not the one star option I am giving. Came to the office for a routine appointment, saw signs that masks were needed. We had taken an alternative vehicle so we didn’t believe we had masks in the car. Rudely told that we had 15 minutes to buy masks at the Walmart and get back or we would need to reschedule our appointment, they do not provide because they are too expensive. Thankfully we did find two masks in the car. Came in and filled out paperwork, and waited for our appointment. Office staff was confrontational telling us we were told that masks were required, despite not being told on the confirmation call. Unfortunately, this resulted in an unnecessary confrontation, and the loss of four patients. What costs more? Providing a mask when a patient doesn’t have one, or the loss of four patients? Seems very short sighted.

It’s difficult to give a review because I was unable to make an appointment. I tried for two weeks, maybe four calls. Each time I called, I was told to call back in a couple days, as they were working on the scheduling. I called again today, and was told to call back July 18 th. Scheduling still not set up. Maybe they are going out of business, I am a new patient and happy I was unable to get an appointment. I am concerned about the care I would have received since the office is so poorly managed.

Dr. Megan Houbba pays attention to her patients. The office is very clean and air conditioned. The staff is young and friendly, wait time is low always in and out. After frequent visits I can say I have had great consistent service. the best dermatologist I’ve experienced and I have been through Clarkston dermatology and Beaumont.

Kara is awesome! I’ve had multiple procedures performed by her and won’t go anywhere else. She’s very skilled at what she does – I’ve had a mole removed by my upper lip (you’d never know it was ever there) as well as fillers and Botox. Results have been excellent / natural.

I have been seeing Kara for several years and always have a great experience at this office. The staff are always friendly and kind. I see Kara for a variety of skin ailments. She always takes the time to discuss procedures, medications, and expectations. She is very friendly and easily makes me feel comfortable. My daughter also has been seeing Dr. Sandler for over a year and has expressed positive experiences and results as well.
