My mom was 4 minutes late and she was turned away because she was late. This was after they reschedule her appointment twice and we were very understanding. We will be looking for another facility closer to home.

I went to an appointment here. The receptionist was very very rude I think I felt like I was not there. Buy this receptionist. She asked for my cars insurance and drivers license and credit card and when she returned them to me she slam them down and she also slam down the pen. This lady has long black hair that was parted on the side today is Monday and she was there today on Monday. Everybody else in the office was so nice the nurse and the doctor were very nice very caring I just felt so much better when I went back into the room when I came out and I was signing my credit card for payment she slammed down the items again and I was very happy to get out of there they really need to get rid of this receptionist she is no good she was rude and I did not care for her.

My worst experience with medical office EVER. First, they try do gain approval from my primary care doctor, for a punch card test. But, decide that he is with the VA, he wasn’t. No information I ever gave them indicated that. It all should have been on my referral. Then, when I’m taken back for my second visit, the staff member says; “So, you’re here to have you sutures removed, right?” No; she either misread my chart or wrong data was input. it was determined that I had a fungal infection. On the second round of treatment, a script was called in, which would have cost $500. Walgreens asked for another option. For an infection which covers over 18 square inches of my body, I was given a nail lacquer, applied by a nail polish brush.(it is suppose to be used for toe nail fugus) I have called twice, asking to have the treatment reviewed. (Monday and again today – Thursday) Each time, I was told, I would be contacted with hours. I called this morning at 9:00 AM . . . it is now 6:52 PM. I’ll be looking elsewhere . . .
