I had such an amazing experience at Ac_browart! This was my first time ever getting my brows tinted! I’m the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, walked me through each step she was doing so I can feel comfortable. The customer service was excellent and I will be returning for a follow-up session. I was always curious to get my brows done and nervous about having someone tint my brows. As soon as I walked into the studio I was put at ease right away. The technician walked me through the process step by step. There were no surprises because she had already explained to me what she was going to do, how it was going to feel and what the outcome would look like. She assisted me with choosing the correct color. Every step through the process was explained to me; what she was doing and she checked in to make sure that I was ok and I was comfortable. I loved the end results immediately. My eyebrows started thinning at the age of 50 yrs old. Going through radiation around the beginning of the pandemic for the treatment of cancer made my eyebrows almost non-existent and I was not good at creating an eyebrow; even after watching numerous tutorials. Its been 4 wks since the process and I have eyebrows again. They look fabulous. I love them and I am so happy that I took this step. I suggest this service for anyone who has similar issues with their eyebrows.
