Fatima was professional, on time, clean, knowledgeable, and calming. This was my first time ever getting extensions for lashes. So obviously I was excited but a little nervous and new to the process. But she took into consideration what I had an idea of and trusted her experience and expertise to execute the result I got was by far better than anything I imagined in my head! She explained everything to me, and any questions I had about maintenance and care, she gave helpful info. I was relaxed the whole time and I really am so happy with the outcome! She’s got fair prices. Can’t wait to keep working with her!

First time here because I got a groupon and loved the reviews. Easy to book an appointment over text. The lady’s name was Fatima and she was beyond nice. I have a fear of Brazilian waxing and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I can’t believe it but the whole process was PAINLESS. I didn’t feel a thing!!! And I generally have very low tolerance for pain so I was surprised. It’s been about 6 hours now since i got the waxing and there is no occasional redness, bumps, pain- nothing!! I also got my upper lips threaded and OMG I usually dread threading but the way she did it was quick, painless, and actually relaxing?!! Above all, she was sweet, kind , attentive, informative, and put me at ease. Will def be back and would 100% recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Fatima. I will be back soon!!

I decided to try out a new place for eyelash extensions and Abundance Lash had great reviews. I received my lash extensions from Fatema and to start, the process was painful. My eyes were burning and watering the whole time, but I have received extensions from many other places before and never had this issue. She assured me it was okay so I tipped well and went home. All night I felt poking in my eyes and lots of pain. I texted her and went in the next morning to get them removed immediately. The extensions were way too close to my eyelid and some even glued straight onto the skin itself. She spent an hour trying to remove them, which was an hour of burning and pain. She could not successfully remove the lashes and although she refunded me, I still wasted my tip and needed to spend $60 at another business to remove her mistake. The place that did remove them spent lots of time and patience but they were shocked at the application of the lashes. I am surprised that there is not a single negative review and wonder if they are being deleted. Fatema was an extremely nice woman but I nobody has to go through this pain.
