The staff is kind, the place is clean, and they answer my questions about hair care with honesty. They don’t push products on you.Katy and the staff have always made me feel comfortable. I’ve been with Katy for about 17 years now. We’ve followed her from salon to salon and then when she finally opened Abstrakt, we got to see her flourish. The staff is kind, the place is clean, and they answer my questions about hair care with honesty. They don’t push products on you.

Since finding Abstrakt and stylist Kaliee W. my hair has changed dramatically and become so healthy and long.Kaliee is the best stylist I’ve found in the area. She is amazing with extensions, color, and overall hair health. She’s extremely personable, down to earth, and talented. Best studio and stylist I’ve found! Semi new to Frisco (2.5years). Since finding Abstrakt and stylist Kaliee W. my hair has changed dramatically and become so healthy and long.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to Abstrakt now for two years and finally found An amazing stylist. My stylist was just recently terminated, and without notifying me first, scheduled me with a different person. I cancelled my appointment and will not be returning. Let me tell you why I will not be returning! My hairdresser is a single mom and was fired because she had to frequently miss work due to not being able to find someone to babysit. Due to the pandemic her daycare is now closed of no fault of hers! I am appalled by the firing of this amazing stylist just because of not being able to find child care. I have been going to Abstrakt now for two years and finally found An amazing stylist. My stylist was just recently terminated, and without notifying me first, scheduled me with a different person. I cancelled my appointment and will not be returning. Let me tell you why I will not be returning!
