I went in to the salon and approached a lady about my hair she immediately shut me down! In front of several customers she said “I’m not touching your hair! Absolutely not”! I was shocked! She then said ” your hair is bad it’s damaged “. I couldn’t believe what was coming out of her mouth. I just turned around and walked out in shock. I actually have beautiful hair and I couldn’t understand why she didn’t just suggest that I come back and discuss a solution to my terrible hair. Absolutely Fabulous is Absolutely Classless!

I wanted to love this place because my friend recommended it unfortunately that did not happen. I scheduled an appointment on a Sat and I had an event to go to later that day. Couple hours before my appt I get a call that that Anna doesn’t have a hair dye for me. I was dumbfounded. I was on schedule for couple weeks and just now she was checking for the color? She wasn’t even apologetic, just excuses excuses. Very dissapointed.

I tried to schedule an appointment for a haircut , i was given a phone number no one ever answered. Stop by twice and was turned away saying they were very busy. I wasn’t looking for same day service. But they were rude and seemed like they didn’t want my business. Unless you are from the same country as them don’t bother going they wont take you. I tried multiple times as i live one minute away, but i’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I am extremely Thankful on how Ania did her magic on my hair!!! My hair was super long, dead and dull. Ania brought my hair back to live 🙂 I’m literally in love with her work! ❤️ She is so down to earth and fun! The atmosphere of the salon is so chic, I love it!! I can definitely tell that Ania is so passionate on what she does. God blessed her hands to transform hair at its finest it is worth the pay, don’t ever hesitate on making appointment with her! I can’t speak for any of the stylists except Monica – and she is FABULOUS! (Although the others are probably good too!) I have been seeing her regularly now for a few years…she cuts my hair exactly how I want it, and her coloring skills are excellent too. (Highlights always come out so pretty!) Prices are reasonable and she’s also just a really nice person1

This salon is lacking good customer service. The stylists take cigarette breaks every 15 min in front of the enterance to the salon. How unprofessional? VERY!!!!! Ania is NOTORIOUS for taking more than one customer at a time and is taking cigarette breaks in between. When you in the chair she will leave you hanging as she finishes with the previous customer and at the same time grabs another. Indeed, she has the shampoo lady finish the job for her!! She will not give you her 100% like she should. She does not listen to you needs and does what she wants! Not recommending this Absolutely NOT Fabulous Salon.

I recently moved to this area and needed to find a salon to color my hair for the very first time for my upcoming wedding. Using the reviews online, I selected this salon and could not have been happier with the result. The staff are a lot of fun to be around, and Monica did such an amazing job on my hair! She spent so much time getting to know me and what I wanted for my big day. I have to relocate for work soon, but plan to still make the commute to see Monica for all my hair color and style needs!

Ania fried my hair! My hair is naturally a dark blonde color and I wanted to go lighter. She over processed my hair and it ended up being platinum blonde (not what I wanted) and looking like hay! I went back and asked her to fix it. She was too busy getting a facial next door and had one of her girls do it. It was terrible! I was charged $180 for this disaster and she refused to give me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE! This was back in February 2019 and yes, I’m still butt hurt about it bc my once healthy hair still isn’t the same

I do not recommend this place. The customer service that I have received was disastrous.. I was left with my wet, clipped hair, under the dryer for over 30 minutes because the hairdresser – Anna went to do her nails next door. She was going to trim more of my hair after drying and coloring but decided not to.. maybe because she was afraid to mess up her nails. I was charged $130 for an all-over hair color, rushed dry hair trim and her manicure. There are much better places to do your hair than this one.
