Worst experience ever, the place is old, dirty and out of date. Nothing used was sanitized, no liners in the pedicure baths, terrible set of acrylics applies – so thick they looked like lego bricks, the man doing them put so much acrylic on it stuck to my skin which he tried to remove by pulling my skin which left an open sore (on 2 fingers) my gel pedi started discoloring on day 2 from bright pink to a dirty brown color. I will never go back there, ever!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSomeone recommended this place for cheap clear nails since I go to church and do not like extravagant colors and I asked for clear pink and the lady gave me a light pink and only did one coat so in reality it was clear . So they wanted to charge me $30 for clear gel when I could have done that at home. Once I spoke to the owner I explained how my nails were already chipping on the sides and he gave me an attitude and told me to sit and he will fix it but with his attitude I refused to have his service. The menu said $25.00 and once I pointed that out he charged me $25. I got no lotion, no massage or hot towel, my friend came with and they hurt her and no one spoke two words to us aside from “sit” and “color”. I had a pedicure, full set of acrylic nails & eyebrow wax, the older lady did my pedicure costing $35 on the price list I was given which I enjoyed and she did a nice job, she did try to sell me gel polish at $20 extra and then tried to sell me a collagen foot mask at a further $10 extra, I declined both as I was happy with what I was getting without spending anything more, I had my eyebrows waxed costing $8 on the price list , while getting them done she asked if I wanted my lip waxed (I don’t have a moustache) costing a further $15 but I declined.

I will never visit this nail salon. I went in to have my acrylics removed and replaced, instead my nail was ripped to shreds. The nail technician continued to pry the nails off numerous times after I requested to soak them off. She then forced the power file too hard onto my nail bed and took a divot out. You can clearly see all the layers of my nail were removed and that is the skin sticking up through the middle of the finger. She then tried to actually put a new nail on it. I thought she was putting oil on my nail but she was putting the cleaning chemical which lit my finger on fire. I had to remove the tips she put on at home because I couldn’t get out fast enough. She even tried to buff my nails. She didn’t listen that it hurt, didn’t apologize, told me to just put it in front of the fan and it would be fine. Then told me to just get the other 9 done then come back the next week. I complained to the owner and he said to just come back in a few days. It’s been over 2 weeks and my nail is just now no longer hurting to the touch. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

OKAY I went to fix 2 acrylic nails today & I showed the guy how I wanted them to look and they came out horrible. First, he didn’t even paint them. I literally left without them painted. Second, they were much more longer than they were supposed to be so now my nails look uneven. He was very rude to me and I was trying to ask him to paint them and he kept saying he was done, they are far over priced. I asked how much it is to re-paint a nail and he told me 16.00. My nails are VERY sore after leaving, and it’s upsetting that I had to go home and paint my nails myself when that’s why I went to the nail salon, because two of my acrylic nails fell off and I wanted them pink again but he didn’t even paint them. I honestly shouldn’t have given him a tip, and he definitely make me feel very stupid at the end. I’m definitely never going back there and I do NOT recommend this nail salon.
