I needed a last minute full set and pedicure, and all the surrounding nail salons closed at 5pm on Saturdays. I walked in here with no wait, got a spa pedicure and full set. Everyone who worked on me was courteous, efficient and made sure I had what I wanted. A spa pedicure and full set only cost me $87 before tip. I honestly was thrilled and will definitely be returning!

They did a good job with my pedicure but it was rushed once they finally got to me. I went with a friend, her daughter and her friend. They said they could take us but then we waited for over an hour before they even got to us. They put my feet in water. They were prunes when the got to me. Only 3 people working. They should have said they couldn’t do it. Or they should have told us how long so we could make the decision to stay or go. They are not good enough for 2 hours of my time.

I’ve been here off and on. The owners do a great job but anyone other than the husband and wife – not so good. Tonight I went – had a 5:30 PM appointment. Waited 20 minutes. The woman doing the pedicure – not the owner- was awful. She was rough with my toes. Made one of my cuticles bleed. Did a horrible job with the polish. I wanted an acrylic nail on one of my big toes because it never grows. She ignored me. And she never once asked if I wanted to upgrade my pedicure. It was rushed. Not at all relaxing. Then I sat in the chair waiting 20 minutes for my manicure. People who came in after me were seated first and it was obvious I was going to have to wait close to an hour. So I walked out. Paid the $37 for the gel pedicure. Now I have to find time to get a mani/pedi next week because I have to have the pedicure redone. It makes me sad to leave such negative feedback, but I work 48 hours a week in a busy ER. I stand constantly. I wanted two hours of pampering. Just two. I was in tears when I left. It was awful.

So disappointed with this place. I have been having my nails done for years and never had a problem with anyone else… Broke 2 nails the day after they were done…. I also have an infection from the person doing my nails. She kept filing the same spot and I kept telling that it hurt… I also brought my sister there for her first time ever having a full set done. Hers are breaking as well. Never will I return there for service… Too bad I had to give 1 start 🙁

Just tried here yesterday for the first time. Picked out my color it was light rose color with a matching pink sparkle on one nail. Sparkle color didn’t end up matching at all so I said something about it. Finally I was able to find a color I liked with it. My nails were supposed to be a rose gold pink.
